Welcome to Eric Woodworks! We take immense pride in delivering handcrafted, custom-made furniture tailored to your specifications. Since each piece is made to order, we have strict policies in place to protect both our business and our valued customers. Please review our refund and return terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email sales@ericwoodworks.store or call +254707856930 with your order details.
  • After 24 hours, materials and production costs are incurred, and the order becomes non-refundable.

2. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will work with you to resolve them under the following conditions:

2.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at sales@ericwoodworks.store within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage/defect.
  • After assessment, we may offer one of the following solutions:
    • A repair service (if applicable).
    • A replacement of the damaged part or the full item (depending on the severity of the defect).
    • A partial refund in cases where a minor issue can be resolved without a return.

Note: If the damage occurs due to mishandling after delivery, improper assembly (for self-assembly products), or external factors (e.g., water damage, excessive weight, misuse), we will not be liable for a refund or replacement.

2.2 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after the order has entered production.
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture, as these are inherent characteristics of real wood.
  • Minor variations from sample images, as all our pieces are handcrafted and unique.

3. Warranty & Repairs

  • We provide a 6-month warranty on structural integrity and workmanship.
  • Any issues arising from normal use within this period may be eligible for free repair or adjustments.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to harsh conditions.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution through direct communication. However, if no agreement is reached, the matter will be subject to Kenyan consumer protection laws and handled accordingly.
